Aqva Amara, or "bitter water", is a fragrance filled with energy and light symbolized with its copper color bottle. The composition includes accords of Sicilian mandarin mixed with oil of neroli flower.I think this will be a staple for me in the warmer months. It’s a more mature aquatic in my opinion, I’d say for the 25 and up age range.Over head, there are large white puffy clouds that block out the sunlight from time to time.
Then comes a pure watery note with a bit of neroli (I don’t understand why people want to samell like water), and after the drydown I only get a bit of patchouli.
It’s has good enough performance to wear in the winter. I don’t really like it and dont understand the hype.
This is nothing special the women don’t even like it If you like Jacques Cavallier's creations like Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme or Giorgio Armani Diamonds for Men, you'll find the same Cavallier vibe from Bvlgari Aqva Amara for Men too.
Not a bad one, but nothing special - classic daytime summer scent, not too verstaile - sillage is moderate, longevity around 7 hours - safe blind buy Scent (open, top-mid): 7/10 (x2) Scent (drydown, base): 6/10 (x2) Sillage: 6/10 Longevity: 7/10 Uniqueness: 6/10 Versatility: 6/10 Total: 6.375/10 I really wanted to love this one.
Bvlgari is one of my favorite houses, with many of my favorites coming from their lineup.
